Very interesting seeing the mix of tradition mixed with the modern equipment. Nice to see people holding on to their culture and still being progressive.
The people (Himbas) in Northern Namibia are not very keen on adapting the Western Culture. They still walk around in leather tongs and cover their bodies with goat fat and a reddish stone powder.

- I am a freelance Surveyor, staying in Paarl (close to Cape Town) South Africa. I have worked throughout Africa for the last 20 years.
Besides the surveying, I also have two commercial programs on the market. The one runs on any Windows Mobile or CE device and the other on the PC. About 60% of all surveyors in Southern Africa use my software. The name of the programs are CEASER_field and CEASER_office.
