Remote Surveying Vehicle
The video above is of a Solid Works Rendered .avi showing a Remote Surveying Vehicle designed specifically to operate with a Riegl LMS Z series laser scanner.
This type of vehicle can potentially cut the time it takes to perform large scanning jobs by up to 75%. This is achieved by eliminating the need for a tripod and therefore any tripod set up, more commonly associated with surveying instrumentation.
